General
The Aviation Security Administrator works closely with the Aviation Security Manager within our Safety, Security & Compliance team in addition to external service providers to ensure the Company has at all times an effective response capability to operational threats and occurrences.
Qualifications and Experience Required
Essential requirements:
• Good understanding of the aviation security regulations
• Great organisational and admin skills
• Excellent IT skills
• Excellent client relationship experience
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Completion of a criminal record check and counter-terrorism check prior to starting
• Lived in the UK for a minimum of 3 years
• Hold full UK driving licence
Offer of role dependant on passing full vetting
Desirable:
• Previous experience in aviation security (airline or airport)
• Current CTC clearance
Main Duties
The Aviation Security Administrator is responsible for the following activities:
• Liaising with BOH Airport with regard to IDs, any security matters that involves the airport, and attending relevant meetings
• Processing all company staff ID applications, completing background checks
• Carrying out Threat Assessments as required
• Assist with Bomb Threat and ERP exercises
• Assist the Security Manager to;
o Carry out Departmental Self-Audits
o Manage audit findings and safety cases
o Arrange Staff Security Training
o Review and manage departmental manuals and procedures
o Carry out penetration testing on company aircraft
o Monitor various security portals with regard conflict zones
o Perform new route workflows
o Hold security meetings and take minutes
