VACANCY – CREWING OFFICER

We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our Flight Operations Department as a Crewing Officer. In this role, you will collaborate with various departments to support and contribute to the safe and efficient operation of our flying program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and roster flight crew members.
  • Monitor crew duty hours to ensure compliance with aviation regulations.
  • Coordinate with various departments to manage crew changes and disruptions.
  • Maintain accurate records of crew assignments and availability.
  • Assist in resolving crew-related issues and disruption.
  • Communicate effectively with crew members regarding their schedules and any changes.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in crew scheduling or a similar role within the aviation industry.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in using crew management software and other relevant tools (experience with PDC is a distinct advantage).
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Essential Requirements:

  • Right to live and work in the UK – sponsorship is not available
  • Ability to pass Company background and criminal records checks
