VACANCY – CREWING OFFICER
We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our Flight Operations Department as a Crewing Officer. In this role, you will collaborate with various departments to support and contribute to the safe and efficient operation of our flying program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and roster flight crew members
- Monitor crew duty hours to ensure compliance with aviation regulations
- Coordinate with various departments to manage crew changes and disruptions
- Maintain accurate records of crew assignments and availability
- Assist in resolving crew-related issues and disruption
- Communicate effectively with crew members regarding their schedules and any changes
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in crew scheduling or a similar role within the aviation industry
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in using crew management software and other relevant tools (experience with PDC is a distinct advantage)
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Essential Requirements:
- Right to live and work in the UK – sponsorship is not available
- Ability to pass Company background and criminal records checks
