Crewing/Operations Assistant

Originally founded to address the UK Coronavirus (COVID-19) medical supplies crisis in 2020, we have expanded our expertise and transportation services worldwide.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team in the Operations Control Centre (OCC) as a Crewing/Operations Assistant. Reporting to the Crewing Manager this entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about aviation and who have a desire to work in an airline operations environment. In the role the successful candidate will work across various departments, providing support, and contributing toward the safe and efficient operation of our flying program.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Assist various departments, including Flight Operations and Crew Control, with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, documentation and booking hotel and travel for crew.
Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication channels internally and externally, ensuring timely relay of information to relevant departments and stakeholders.
Documentation and Reporting: Assist in maintaining accurate records, generating reports, and compiling data for analysis and operational improvement purposes.
Learn and Support: Actively engage in learning about cargo airline operations, procedures, and industry regulations to provide valuable support across departments.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
*Previous experience within an airline operations environment would be an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided
*A keen interest in aviation and willingness to learn about cargo airline operations.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
*Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
